Rebecca and Greg’s destination is what wedding dreams are made of! With the beautiful beaches of Cabo as the backdrop, Rebecca and Greg said I do amongst all their family and friends in this stunning location!

For their Cabo wedding, we created these chic and formal gold foil wedding invitations complete with a custom patterned envelope liner and a gorgeous monogram crest! Guests were also given weekend itineraries to let them know everything that was in store for their tropical love filled weekend!

Romantic Garden Inspired Forth Worth Wedding

We won’t forget this soft, romantic suite with the most beautiful purples designed for Casey and Henry’s Forth Worth wedding.

Casey and Henry tied the knot amongst their closest family and friends, against a backdrop of colorful and whimsical florals. Lush white petals and floating candles lines the aisle as Casey walked towards her future Husband! The heartfelt ceremony ended in a good ole TCU “GO FROGS” and a dance down the aisle from the wedding party.

For Casey and Henry’s chic Fort Worth wedding, we created this soft and romantic invitation suite with shades of purple for their alma mater where they met! Deckled edges and and a whimsical monogram were the perfect touch for this autumnal wedding! We also designed all of Casey and Henry’s day of stationery which included TCU Koozies, custom bar signs, and monogrammed batman cocktail napkins (the groom’s favorite superhero)!!

The reception picked up right where the ceremony left off- with dancing! Casey and Henry’s family and friends gathered as they were toasted by family, cut the cake, and enjoyed their first dances! Once the dance floor opened up, there was no stopping this party crowd! Late night pizza arrived just in time for guests to get a quick late night bite before sending off the new Mr. and Mrs. with a sparkler exit! See there wedding in Brides of North Texas here!

Invitation Wording Samples Based on Who is Hosting

One of the most common questions we have about wedding invitation wording is the hosting line. Family situations can be a little complicated sometimes. You always want to avoid uncomfortable situations and not hurt any feelings, which is why the hosting line is so important.

The typical layout for the top of your wedding invitation is as follows:

Hosting Line (whoever is hosting your wedding whether it be you, your parent(s), or a loved one)

Request Line (inviting your guests to your wedding)

…request the pleasure of your company at the marriage of their daughter

…request the honor of your presence at the marriage of their daughter (house of worship only)

…invite you to celebrate their marriage

…invite you to share in their joy as they exchange marriage vows

Followed by the bride and groom names and the date, time, and location below.

(!!) bonus tips:

Very traditional hosting wording includes middle names. Example: Mr. and Mrs. William Calvin Metheny You can still have a traditional invitation without middle names; however, no middle initials should be used.

Titles such as Doctor, Reverend, and Honorable should be spelled out.

Very traditional host line also list a married couple together as Mr. and Mrs. William Calvin Metheny. You will notice the wife’s first name is not listed as it’s with her husband’s name. This is old fashioned, yet still considered the formal traditional way to address a married couple. If you wish to list the wife’s first name, opt for a more casual wording. Example: William Metheny and Joan Metheny

If you’re looking for a more casual invitation wording, you may omit titles completely.

Timeless White and Gold Rustic Ballroom Wedding

Simple, elegant, ballroom vibes with a rustic touch for Jenna and Ried.

Jenna and Reid tied the knot at The Laurel in Grapvine, Texas! They chose this specific venue for its proximity to the air port because not only were a lot of guests from out of town, but out of the country! Jenna and Reid first met in London, so their loved ones were coming from all over. The design for their wedding day was centered around simple elegance and neutrals to create a timeless reception. We created these gorgeous foil invitations with an antique monogram, soft grey belly band, and white wax seal! Another fun detail we created for them was a custom watercolor map that outlined their ‘love story’ and all the locations around the world that were special to them! At their wedding reception, Jenna and Reid had a London Phone Booth decked out in flowers for guests to take pictures in during the cocktail hour and reception! Elegant Blush and Gold Ballroom Wedding

Loved these gold foil invitations with the elegant and classic feel of the Fort Worth Club for Kelly and Cole’s elegant wedding.

Kelly and Cole tied the knot at the TCU Robert Carr Chapel (where they both attended school) and danced the night away amongst loved ones at the Fort Worth Club! For their invitations, we embraced the elegant and classic feel of the Fort Worth Club and created gold foil invitations with a custom monogram and blush pink envelopes for a touch of color! Kelly and Cole’s elegant ballroom reception was dripping in gorgeous flowers, but the real show stopper was their 8ft floral halo that encompassed the chandelier over the dance floor. Guests enjoyed Kelly and Cole’s signature cocktail, named “Kobe” after their dog and danced all night on the beautiful white acrylic dance floor. At the end of the night, Kelly and Cole exited to a tunnel of loved ones tossing rose petals, the perfect end to the perfect day!

Waterside Modern Black Tie Wedding

Jayne and Zach’s modern waterside nuptials were nothing short of stunning! An abundance of lush florals filled with orchids and calla lilies welcomed guests to the Villa Del Lago venue for a luxe outdoor ceremony and reception overlooking the water.

For their wedding invitations, we created this ultra chic marbled invitation with blind embossing, and paired it with black envelopes for a super sleek and upscale look. Guests partied the night away on the black and white checkered dance floor to the tunes of in10city Band, and were able to take pictures against a custom neon boxwood backdrop! The night ended with a bang with a firework show and sparkler exit! All in all, we are jealous of everyone that got to attend this black tie affair! The stunning salt flats were the perfect backdrop for the striking jewel tones of this modern romantic wedding shoot! For this shoot, we created a minimalistic deckled edge invitation suite, accented with vibrant floral sketches and a deep purple envelope. A romantic and colorful sweetheart table accented with gold and marble flourishes stood out amongst the bright salt flats.
