Very simply, the process for our custom designs is as follows: (1) E-consultation, (2) Estimate, (3) Deposit, (4) Design, (5) Production, (6) Done! We make the process easy, stress-free, and actually fun! For a more detailed description, kindly request a wedding stationery design guide.

An estimate takes an average of 3-5 business days to produce and will be emailed to you as soon as it's complete!

There are many variables to determine final price. Please request a design guide for pricing information or contact us for a custom estimate.

We recommend contacting us 6 months before your wedding. That way we have a few weeks to discuss an estimate so we can start the your design 5 months before your wedding.

If your wedding date is closer than 5 months, no need to worry. This 5-month cushion gives us 2-4 weeks for design, 4-6 weeks for production, and delivering them to you 10 weeks before your wedding date ready to mail. (We recommend following etiquette guidelines of mailing invitations 6-8 weeks before your wedding date.) 

We will email you a personalized timeline so you will know exactly our schedule together.

We will email you (1) an Agreement, (2) a deposit link, and then we'll email you a template for your custom wording so we can start your design! 

A deposit is due at time of booking to get you on our design schedule. After that, half of the estimate is due at time of production and the remaining balance is due before shipment/delivery.  

We will email you an invoice with a link to pay online, and you may also mail a check if you prefer.

You will have access to your own client portal, which is a private portal just for you so you can simply log in to view all invoices, proofs, and agreements.

This personal link is also great to share with family and friends if they need access for payments or if you want any more eyes on proofing. 

Turnaround time for custom designs may vary based on the complexity of the design, response time, and our discussed timeline. Typically custom wedding invitation design proofs average 7 business days and will be emailed to you immediately after completion.

We understand plans and preferences change, so you can change your mind on any detail of your invitations. Your deposit, however, is non-refundable. 

Our policy states that after two free proofs, there is a fee starting at $35 for additional design changes. However, we are in communication before your first proof so we understand your design style before we even start your design.

If additional design fees are added, we will be added to your invoice and you will also receive a notification of any invoice changes as soon as it's updated. We promise no surprises on your final invoice! 

Easy! This process works similar to the wedding invitation process and begins immediately after your invitations are done. Just let us know!

We will create an estimate for custom designs, then start designing after you're ready to move forward.

Semi-custom wedding invitation design proofs take 48 hours.
