If your proof has not yet been emailed, you can cancel your order with a full refund. Please email us with the subject line "Cancellation". If you have received a proof, you may cancel you order and refunded the amount paid less $350.00. If your order is approved for printing and moved into production and you still need to cancel, a refund cannot be issued.

Due to the nature of the personalized product, no exchanges accepted.

proofing

Your first (2) proofs are free of charge. Each proof thereafter is an additional $50.00 per revision. Proofs will be will be emailed to you in the email addresses provided within 3-5 business days of ordering. Please carefully review your proofs for any errors, such as correct spelling of names, accuracy of dates and addresses, and spelling of all copy. Once your final proof is approved, any errors noticed after print approval shall be remedied at the same cost to replace. Additional changes may be subject to a fee. If you notice any alternations needed, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for errors to the design after final invitation proof is approved.


production

Your digital flat print order will ship within 5-7 business days after final proof approval. Any foil orders will ship 7-10 days after final proof approval.


Shipping

Shipment occurs immediately after production and is completed FedEx or UPS with tracking. You may upgrade to rush shipping if requested. We are not responsible for loss or damage to invitations by postal service. We promise to package your invitations neatly and safely. If damage is done by packaging, please let us know immediately so we can review packaging details. We want your invitations be delivered to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that the postal system may have delays in delivery due to weather or holiday congestion.
