Emily and Jack :: Spring Wedding at Mission Ranch in Carmel-By-The-Sea

Thank you Style Me Pretty for featuring us on your cover! You can read the full post here or below.

We wanted to bring the outdoors in. Emily & Jack’s wedding evoked such a feeling of spring. Transforming the space at Mission Ranch was no small feat. We brought in draping to soften up the rustic structure of the ballroom, hung floral-filled chandeliers from the ceiling to make the room more fitting for the intimate group, and made sure to fill the event with soft mood lighting to set the tone.

Another element we absolutely loved was the couple’s seating chart display – featuring a polaroid image of every single guest at their wedding, complete with calligraphy name and table number. We hung floral-filled chandeliers from the ceiling to make the room more fitting for the intimate group.

Julianna and Lee :: A Vibrant Camp Wedding With Pops of Pink in Texas Hill Country

Thank you Brides for this feature!

“Julianna Beathard had a crush on Donald “Lee” Siratt all throughout college at Texas Christian University, but it wasn’t until her wig-themed 22nd birthday party during her final semester in January of 2018 that she finally met him in person. Lee spotted Julianna in the crowd and decided to introduce himself. “Upon walking up to Julianna, the only words that came out of his mouth were, ‘Hi, I’m Lee,’” the couple recounts. “And then, he was speechless!” Luckily, the two of them crossed paths again two weeks later, and Lee managed to get Julianna’s phone number. A month later, they went on their first date.

After two years together on November 20, 2020, the couple had plans to grab dinner at Joe T. Garcias, a Mexican restaurant, with friends who were visiting from out of town. “When arriving at the courtyard of the restaurant and turning the corner, Julianna saw a sea of familiar faces, and her heart started beating fast,” the couple remembers. “She knew something was going on, but shock was setting in, and what was really going on hadn’t quite hit her.” Before she knew it, Lee was down on one knee, asking to take Julianna’s hand in marriage. Since Lee had invited all of their family and friends to the surprise, they spent the rest of the evening drinking margaritas, eating Mexican cuisine, and dancing. “It was such a fun, love-filled weekend,” they summarize.

Once the duo got engaged, they locked in their venue: The Retreat at Balcones Springs in Marble Falls, Texas. This 250-acre locale in Texas Hill Country was a no-brainer for the couple because Julianna’s aunt started the camp. The bride-to-be even spent nine summers as a camper on the site and frequently visited the spot for holidays and family gatherings. “When Lee came into the picture, Julianna was thrilled to show him what it was all about,” the couple says. “Since then, Julianna and Lee have created many wonderful memories at camp and were so excited to share its magic with their favorite people.”

To capture the full essence of the camp for their 312 guests, the pair knew they wanted to host three days of events. “With so many enjoyable components, such as beautiful cabins for our guests to stay in, a lake, a beach, pickleball courts, a workout studio, a zipline, we knew the retreat would be the perfect venue for a weekend-long celebration,” they share. Because Julianna and Lee had many moving parts to account for, they found the planning process to be overwhelming at times. “However, we had such great support from our team, all of whom shared a similar vision, which made it organized, fluid, and prepared to pivot when needed,” the two explain.

With planning by Lexie Perez of Pearl Events Austin, photography by Caroline Lima Photography, and videography by Peyton Frank, Julianna and Lee were able to pull out all the stops on October 30, 2021. Keep scrolling to see all of the stunning details from their big day.”

We were thrilled to create the perfect wedding invitations for a November celebration at The Astorian, located in the heart of downtown Houston. The venue's modern and elegant yet sophisticated ambiance serves as a stunning backdrop for Sidne and Ryan’s momentous occasion! Inspired by the charm of southern toile, we envisioned incorporating this pattern into not only their invitations, but also day-of stationery. The invitations exuded a sense of timeless elegance, with delicate script and intricate details. Courtney and Matt chose the classic Austin Country Club for their wedding venue, having the most beautiful shots of them overlooking the famous Pennybacker Bridge. Their design was a timeless feel as we helped to create custom day-of stationery that would accent their simply gorgeous theme. How sweetly elegant are these welcome signs and seating chart displays made out of huge acrylic panels? We also so enjoyed creating custom illustrations for their activity map cards, wedding programs, and the always favorite- pet portraits for signature cocktail napkins and bar signs! Don’t forget we have table number cards, as well as cardholder blocks to rent from our website for your big day! They’re always a perfect functional touch for displays! Nancy and Ryan :: A Coastal Yacht Club Wedding in Bay Head, New Jersey

Modern-Stationery-Inspiration-for-Brides

Nancy and Ryan had a beautiful recreation of Nancy's grandmother’s wedding in a coastal New Jersey wedding. Forty-one years later, they rode the same 1896 restored version of the launch boat named Seagar. Her grandparents were featured in a Town and Country article showing the romantic boat at their wedding. We absolutely swooned over doing this sweet couple’s stationery invitations. How beautiful it was to come full circle as they recreated the same shot of her grandparent’s love in the bay. Love upholds the test of time once again!

Kaylee and Alex :: A Fun Wedding in Austin, Texas with Arcades, Circus Games, and Cotton Candy

We were so flattered to be featured in Martha Stewart’s article for our day-of stationery! Kaylee and Alex’s wedding reception was themed with arcade games, carnival tents, and treats for the after-party. But beforehand, a ceremony of southern Texas charm filled with the lushly landscaped venue at the Arlo and beautiful florals from Stems adorned Kaylee for her big day. Needless to say, we loved being part of this fun celebration of their love! Check out the article all about their happy day here!

Emily and Milam :: A Secret Garden Wedding at Cotswolds England from The House from The Holiday Movie

You may recognize this charming Cotswolds venue from the holiday rom-com ‘The Holiday’! Emily and Milam had their beautiful ceremony in England, where the couple met, and themed as a secret garden wedding. Their English countryside ceremony was a cohesive garden aesthetic that did not detract from the natural beauty of the estate. Our creative vision was to keep in line with this path and keep her invitations minimalistic and light! The entire affair was such an elegant beautiful event! Check it out in Style Me Pretty’s article here!
