Chelsea + Chris :: Moody Romantic November Wedding

Moody, Romantic November Wedding

Moody, romantic invitation suite for a November wedding.

We designed this elegant invitation suite for Chelsea and Chris’ November wedding — the blue and gold details made for a romantic, classic vibe that was carried throughout day-of stationery details.

Chelsea and Chris's November wedding oozed romance and elegance. Gold accents in the decor and wax seals complimented the soft blues, pinks, and burgundy shades of the floral arrangements. Romantic calligraphy was incorporated on unique mediums, including the ribbon place cards on the head table. A simple and classic letterpress invitation was adorned with a custom monogram and initialed envelope liner. This beautiful couple had an equally beautiful reception with a stunning monogrammed cake and a magical sparkler exit to end the night! Ben + Alex:: Gorgeous North Texas Wedding on Brides of North Texas

Gorgeous North Texas Wedding Featured on Brides of North Texas

Custom invitation suite for a North Texas wedding with blue and pink details.

We love that this luxe invitation with tones of burgundy, blue and blush details was featured on Brides of North Texas. This suite was perfect for a southern fall wedding with the floral monogram and matching envelope liner details.

This Texas Rustic Wedding was a far cry than your backyard barn wedding. Luxe tones of burgundy, blue, and blush pink ties in all the glam to this Southern Fall Wedding. Ben and Alex opted for a floral monogram to decorate their burgundy and white invitations. A matching envelope liner tied the suite together, while vintage stamps and a heart wax seal gave it that special touch! A perfectly floral adorned mantle was the show stopper at the reception, not to be outdone by the firework show that ended the night! See the full post here! Destination Wedding Tips for a Fun Vegas Wedding

Destination Tips for a Fun Vegas Wedding

Destination settings are a unique way to celebrate your big day, and there are many tips to keep in mind then will help you get through the planning process as smoothly as possible. Whether looking for a location that is romantic, scenic, cultural or in the city, it’s important to make sure everything falls into place for you and your guests to get the most out of the experience. City locations, in particular, offer many opportunities for venues, dining, receptions, pre- and post-wedding celebrations. We recommend adding a welcome note with a list of your favorite attractions or fun things to do in the city. This note can either be placed in your the hotel room when your guests arrive or even listed on your wedding website for their convenience. If you choose to add to their room, consider making a welcome bag for your guests! These include the welcome note with local attractions with a few items, such as Advil, bottles of water, snacks, and goodies. Adding a personal touch to the weekend will not go unnoticed!

THE WHERE

Las Vegas is known as the wedding capital of the world, an easy choice for couples looking for a location full of life, bright lights and a ton of options for dining, accommodations and things to do. Vegas is also a perfect example of a city that holds a plethora of unique venues, perfect for saying “I Do!” The Red Rock Canyon holds beautiful views for miles and will definitely make for some gorgeous photos, but there’s also the Springs Preserve, Mount Charleston, Lake Mead or the Spring Mountain Ranch for those looking to be surrounded by nature’s beauty. Research your options by checking out Vegas.com and their list of romantic Vegas wedding locations.

THE WHEN

One of the best things about locations like Vegas is the weather! You can really plan your wedding for any time of the year. Just make sure you’re conscious of weather fluctuations if you’re planning an outdoor ceremony. Once you choose a date, outline a planning timeline and make sure to send out your save-the-dates and invitations plenty in advance for your guests to make travel plans.

THE HOW

Choosing a location, a venue and a date are three of the most important things to check off your list when planning a destination wedding. Once you have that completed, look into modes of transportation for getting to and from your venue and reception. Pick a place for you and your new spouse to stay, and block off rooms for everyone planning to come. Exploring different air and hotel deals, such as these to Vegas, is a great way to cut down on costs and simplify planning for your guests.

THE EXTRAS

Big cities are packed with ways to celebrate before and after your wedding. From spa days with your bridesmaids beforehand to nightlife with your entire wedding party afterwards, look into spas, shopping, clubs, dining and attractions that can help you make the most of your stay at your dream destination.(photo courtesy of the Welcome Box)

Vegas is a great place to celebrate - we hope these tips help you plan and enjoy your Vegas wedding!
